The Versatility and Advantages of Evaporation Technology:

Evaporation is a widely used process in various industries for separating liquids from solids, concentrating solutions, and purifying substances. Evaporation technology involves the transfer of heat from a source to a liquid, causing it to vaporize and leaving behind a concentrated solution or solid residue. The process is used in industries ranging from food and beverage to chemical and pharmaceuticals, and it has a range of applications.

At FABEX, we specialize in the design and manufacture of various types of evaporators, including Thin Film Evaporators, Wiped Film Evaporators, rising film evaporators, and falling film evaporators. Our expertise in the field of evaporation technology has enabled us to provide our customers with high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective evaporation solutions.

Working Principle of Evaporator:

An Evaporator consists of a heating source, a liquid feed, a vapor outlet, and a concentrate outlet. The liquid feed is introduced into the evaporator, where it is heated and evaporated. The vapor is then removed from the evaporator and condensed to produce a concentrated liquid or solid residue.

Special Features

  • Minimizes thermal degradation due to short product contact time
  • Vacuum Evaporation helps in gentle heating and efficient product removal of best quality.
  • solvent recovery from waste streams and help in reduction in the impurities to extremely low value.
  • Highly suitable for heat sensitive products.
  • Fouling is minimized due to low tube wall temperature and heat flux

Application

  1. Concentration of Pharmaceutical products, vitamins, and esters
  2. Evaporation of Solvents
  3. Evaporation of Bio-diesel and Glycerin
  4. Detergent and surfactant
  5. Concentration of Oleoresins, Enzymes, Milk products, Juices and Sugars
  6. Stripping of Silicone oils, Pesticides, Plasticizers and Monomers
