INK AND PIGMENTS
In existing batch process, monomers were separated from oil blend. The reduction in monomer concentration con in final product required to be reduce from 18% to minimum. The existing process limited to the 8% final concentration in product.

The batch distillation was used for the removal of impuries, required product purity to 92%. The conventional technology resulted in the 60% product purity.

Existing batch process was carried out in batch mode which required 3 steps 15-16 hours to carry out evaporation to drying operation with only 80% yield.

FINE CHEMICAL - ARDC
The existing operation was carried out conventionally in batch mode. The solvent to feed ratio was kept 1 and given 4 washes which increased the operation time, energy with loss of solute in raffinate (0.15%).
